Hollow clay blocks are chosen to beat the heat and also as a design expression. Clean, horizontal lines and planes are derived from the expansive & water frontage plot that it sits on. It also takes inspiration from the works of  Master Architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright and Geoffrey Bawa.
