Corner House

Located near the IT hub of Kochi, Kakkanad, this 1800 sq.ft residence for a family of four is planned inside a four and a half-cent corner plot. Despite the limitations that the plot presented, all the space requirements of the client were met within the spatial planning even while sticking to a pre-approved budget.
