This residence was designed for a hardworking young man who came to us with a desire to build his dream house. A small plot of just 3 cents posed a great challenge. We followed the plot's shape for maximum utilization of space. An open-plan, sunken living, opaque front wall, and skylit courtyards were employed to make the interior spaces feel larger without compromising on privacy while working on a tight budget. A window seat was worked out to give a beautiful view of the adjacent mountains of the Silent valley.
